SEC. 312. ANIMAL WELFARE ACT AMENDMENT.
Section 15(a) of the Animal Welfare Act (7 U.S.C. 2145(a)) is amended by striking “Interstate Commerce Commission” and inserting in lieu thereof “Surface Transportation Board”.
